in my first order, one T-Shirt came with a whole in one of the seams. I got a friendly response from support, and could order a replacement shirt. Along with this, I ordered another T-shirt. On this T-shirt, some of the (relevant) text was missing. But they checked what went wrong, and I got an announcement of a shipment with a complete print on it.
T-shirt has great quality and design. Just be careful regarding the size. It is probably better to take one size bigger than you usually wear or even better, write an email to BAK and ask which size you should order. BAK are amazing guys! They sent me a bigger t-shirt when I informed about my issue.
The t-shirt and the hoodie are very nice and good quality. The t-shirt was too small so BAK decide to send me a second one free of charge and even hasn't asked me to return the other one. These guys are amazing! Thanks a lot
