We want you to be mega stoked with your gear. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all kites, bars, and boards.
- Return the item within 60 days of purchase
- Item must be in good, rideable condition
- Original packaging and all parts must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns and refunds of clothing items
- If your item is misprinted or faulty, we’ll gladly send you a replacement of equal value. Please email us to report the issue.
- If you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately can’t offer an exchange. As a small business, this isn’t feasible. Please refer to the sizing chart when ordering—thanks for your understanding!
Kite gear (excluding kites, bars & boards)
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery
To start a return, contact us at info@bigairkite.com. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver.
