Maciambu is a magical pleace.
It's unique condition is one of the best at the Southern states of Brazil. Why it is unique? Wind coming from North is tunneled between the Florianopolis Island and the continent Mountains, creating a condition of dense and steady wind, perfect for Big Airs. Usually the wind is around 15-25knots, but with a lot of density, feels much more.
Close to Maciambu you have many of the best beaches for surfing and kitesufing in Brazil, like Praia da Pinheira and Guarda do Embau (wich is one of the top 10 surfing spots in Brazil). It worth it knowing this places and send it BIG!

How easy is it to get there?

Easy to visit (< 2 hours from airport)

How do you get there?

From Florianópolis airport you drive around 30km south at BR 101. You will enter at road sign "Praia do Sonho" and you are close to Maciambu. Look for Kitezone20 at google maps you will find the right spot.
