I have to say ordering product overseas always makes you wonder if you’re going to receive it. I have to say, “not only does it come in a very timely fashion”, also I receive emails updating me every part of the way. The gear is great quality and fits perfect. I’m stoked to be wearing it. Thanks a bunch 🤙🏽

Destination Summary

One of the most beautiful beaches in the world and you can drop your wetsuit at home !!! Just pump your kite next to your bungalow and have a blessing session and drink coco nut water straing from the coco after.
The wind seasons are bi-annual and are always side shore.. The ‘kusi’ (means south in Kiswahili) blows up from the southern ocean and is cooler and stronger and blows from April until September. It is about 25 knots + on average and brings in great swell so you can charge down head high. The ‘kaskazi’ (means North) blows down from the monsoon in India. It is warm and solid and is very reliable. It blows from December through until March. Like clockwork it turns on at 10am every morning and turns off at sunset. It is about 20 knots on average but you can take your foil just in case if you know what I mean 😉 ro just go there in Jun.

we would like to travel to kenya for kitesurfing with my girlfriend this august, but we have have seen on multiple websites that it is quite a risky country to travel to, terrorism and kidnapping .. Do you have any informations about this ?
thanks!
Hey there! So I traveled to Kenya in 2021 and spent 2 weeks there. It was a wonderful trip. The local people are extremely kind and hospitable. I spent most of my time in Watamu. I have heard that further North in Lamu, for example, you've got to be careful. In general, I think it's good to be cautious in any empoverished countries, but I certainly wouldn't be concerned about terrorism and kidnapping in most parts of Kenya. Go for the trip! Sure you're going to LOVE IT!
